Velnex Business Management & Operations FZE LLC is a legally registered company in the United Arab Emirates. The company is currently in its foundation stage.
Velnex is being built to work with small and mid-sized businesses that have good potential, but are held back by weak management, lack of proper staffing, poor follow-up, and too much dependence on the owner.
We help such businesses grow by bringing proper management, systems, coordination, reporting, and execution support, so the company can run in a more organised and structured way.
As the founder, I have developed the vision, business model, positioning, and long-term direction of the company. Now, I am looking for an execution-focused Co-Founder / Managing Partner who can work closely with me to build Velnex from the ground level.

This is not a regular job vacancy. It is for someone who wants to be part of building a company from its early stage, not just join after everything is already running.
The right person should be able to meet business owners, understand their problems, build relationships, follow up properly, coordinate work, and help convert plans into real results.
Since Velnex is already legally registered in the UAE, we have a proper legal base to move forward seriously with clients, partners, and business development.

Velnex works as the accountable layer between the client and execution partners. We are looking for reliable specialists and firms who can deliver clearly, report properly, and work inside a coordinated management system.
Brand identity, content, paid ads, lead generation, CRM setup, campaigns, analytics, and follow-up systems.
Bookkeeping, MIS, cashflow tracking, budget support, cost review, financial reports, and financial process setup.
SOP drafting, workflow mapping, process improvement, execution tracking, operational audits, and documentation.
Recruitment, onboarding, role design, HR policy, performance review support, training coordination, and culture systems.
Google Workspace, cloud tools, websites, software, automation, cybersecurity, access control, and technical support.
Market research, business planning, competitor review, pricing support, growth strategy, and positioning clarity.
Customer journey mapping, service flow, feedback systems, retention programs, support process, and service improvement.
Business licensing, document review, regulatory coordination, contracts, renewals, governance, and statutory support.
Sales scripts, pipeline management, conversion review, team training, proposal support, and weekly sales reporting.
