Prepare service rate cards, quotation formats, project costing sheets, partner payout models, profit-sharing calculations, and basic financial reporting formats.

Service Delivery Network Coordination
Build and maintain the service partner network, collect partner profiles, coordinate onboarding, track service capabilities, and support partner assignment for client work.
