  • Participants: Velhari Sankaran, Jeevan Joseph, Nijo Jomon
  • Subject: Core Vision and Execution Direction of Velnex
  • Discussion type: Internal Team Discussion

1. Core Vision Discussed

Velhari Sankaran explained the long-term core vision of Velnex.

No.Core vision points
01The core vision is to gain access and control over the resources and business sectors that the world depends on.
02Based on this core vision, the firm “Velnex” is now formed as a business and investment management firm.
03Velnex aims to become a company that manages, strengthens, and participates in the growth of multiple businesses, eventually becoming both a management partner and a shareholder in those companies.
04Develop a proper Policy and Procedure Manual to make the firm Velnex run successfully.

2. Key Concerns Raised by Nijo Jomon and Jeevan Joseph

Nijo Jomon and Jeevan Joseph shared practical points and concerns regarding execution of this vision.

  • Who will be part of Velnex in the first stage as core team members, employees, partners, and vendors?
  • What is our actual capability and experience in each department we plan to manage?
  • How will payment and settlement be structured between Velnex, vendors, partners, and clients?
  • How will we present and position the service so businesses accept Velnex in the early stage?
  • What proof of value will make Velnex trustworthy for business owners?
  • On what basis would a business owner offer Velnex a shareholding position?

3. Execution Plan Discussed

Velnex is still at an early stage, so the first internal structure can be built with four core members as the management team.

Each person can take responsibility for a department based on field knowledge and expertise.

Under each department, Velnex can engage suitable vendors, service partners, consultants, freelancers, and specialist teams.

The role of Velnex is not to do every task directly. The main responsibilities are:

  • Study the client business properly.
  • Identify the actual problems.
  • Understand gaps in management, marketing, finance, operations, staffing, sales, and systems.
  • Choose the right vendors or partners for each requirement.
  • Coordinate execution.
  • Follow up with vendors and client teams.
  • Prepare reports and updates.
  • Make sure work is moving in the right direction.

In this way, Velnex acts as the management and coordination layer between the business owner, employees, vendors, partners, and daily operations.

4. Client Approach Method

The team discussed that Velnex should not directly approach businesses by asking for management control or shares at the beginning.

Instead, the first step should be a consultation and business study model.

StepApproach
01Meet the business owner.
02Understand the current business situation.
03Conduct a basic business study.
04Identify problems and improvement areas.
05Prepare a report.
06Submit a clear department-wise improvement plan.
07If accepted, move into execution.
08If not continued, charge consultation or business study fee.

5. Conclusion

The meeting concluded that Velnex should first build trust through a structured consultation, reporting, and execution model.

Shareholding or management participation should come later, after Velnex proves value to the business.

Our first priority is:

  • Doing case studies on businesses: 3 from the UAE and 3 from India, from different sectors.
  • Based on the study data, verify whether Velnex can solve their problems through the firm model.
  • Prepare the investment pitch: capital needed, expected time period for profitability breakthrough, and key risks.

Immediate focus:

  • Build the core management structure.
  • Define departments and responsibilities.
  • Create a vendor and partner network.
  • Prepare a business study format.
  • Develop a client approach method.
  • Start with consultation and execution support before moving toward shareholding discussions.

6. Pending Discussion and Further Planning

  • Payment structuring and alignment: Finalize how payments will be structured and aligned between Velnex, vendors, service partners, and clients.
  • Case study phase: As discussed by Velhari, first complete case studies on three businesses from India and three businesses from the UAE, covering different sectors.
  • Team and cost planning: Prepare a one-year expense sheet covering team structure, role allocation, monthly salaries (30+ planned roles), and operating costs such as admin and support expenses.
  • Financial viability planning: Estimate timeline to reach stable operations and profitability, including expected returns, major risks, and mitigation assumptions.
  • Investment readiness: Use the above data to prepare a practical investment plan and move forward for investor discussions.
